A team of Iraq Horizon Technology Engineers in cooperation with Italfluid company, finished works on Garraf Oil Field in Thiqar Governorate carried out several activities and perform activities of Honeywell systems as requested below:

• Check lack communication and solve the problem.
   
• Verify the right acquisition of the signals coming from the instruments on site, safety signals and the logics as per attached Cause & Effect matrix.
